How do I get an estimate / service?
Answer: Call or email us to schedule a free consultation at the project address. We will arrive on time with samples and listen to your needs. All information gathered will be reviewed back at our shop and an estimate will be given to you in 1-2 business days. Once our estimate is approved by you, we will require a deposit to schedule your installation.
Is there a warranty?
Answer: Unfortunately, we are a small business like every other glass shop in the area. Creating tempered glass requires a tempering machine that cost millions of dollars and along with that a large space and employees to operate the machine. About 90% of glass shops nationwide gets glass from glass manufactures. When glass is sold to us, we don't get a warranty. What we offer to only our clients are replacements at no mark up. We show our clients the glass manufactures invoice to offer transparency!
Is tempered glass safe?
Yes! Don't fear getting hurt from having glass in your home. Tempered glass is strong and polished. There's no edge that can cut you. In the event it breaks, tempered glass will break into small cube like pieces. Unlike regular glass which breaks in large shards that can cut you and cause deep tissue lacerations.
